The good:Chad was cool to deal with...Car was clean The good: Chad was cool to deal with... Car was clean when I took it Dealership is immaculate... very clean and comfortable. The bad: Wasted ALOT of time with finance: - could not get the system they use to take my info - got the hard sell on all of the additional programs they offer... do they not believe in the cars when they push a 5 yr 100k warranty? - got an email with a form they forgot to get me to sign at the closing... as much time as I spent there that really in not acceptable Car had less than a half tank of gas when given to me. Overall a good experience when in context with other dealerships. Could/ should be exceptional with a few minor tweaks. More
