Chad was fine. I dealt with a total of 4 people. But I won't return to this location for my next Honda. The pressure to spend more $ was really uncomfortable. I understand the pressure that they're under right now to sell a car is a lot, but it should not transfer to the customer. I had been talking with a friend one week before and she said that she heard that Honda in north ga was doing 0.9 for 5 years. I decided to call Honda of Newnan to ask them if they did the same thing. They said yes, so I told my friend and I decided to go myself and check it out. A couple of days after I bought my car I told my friend, which prompted her to call immediately and order her 2020 Civic. The dealership doesn't know this and they didn't make a lot off of me, which they were not happy about, but they made money off of her and I could have told her to go somewhere else. Also, I am not sure that my car ever went through "detail". My car came from Florida, so I can see all the salt that's in the air still on my windows. The back windshield is the worst, just wasn't done at all. I didn't really want to leave a review, in case I have to see these people again, but I kept getting emails and maybe someone should know. Overall, the buying experience wasn't a happy one. I was by myself and I am a female. If you're a female and you want to buy a car, bring a man that likes and knows about buying cars....maybe you'll be approached differently. More

This is our second car we have bought from Honda of Newnan. The first one was a Honda Accord. We Love it. The first one we came looking for a car for my son and Iran was so friendly to us. We told him what we wanted they didn't have it on the lot so he would keep searching. We told him what we wanted he delivered for us and more. Funny story is my wife fell in love with the car she's been driving it for over a year now. Iran was great he understands our needs and delivered with a smile. So a year after that my son decided once again he wanted his own car. Back to Honda we went. My son said he wanted to work with Iran. My wife and I both said no one but Iran.
