Purchased a truck for 42456.00 and it did not come with a owners manual.I need to program the truck for GPS,Garage door,Bluetooth,ect.This should be part of the certification inspection.I got a letter stati owners manual.I need to program the truck for GPS,Garage door,Bluetooth,ect.This should be part of the certification inspection.I got a letter stating that I need to go take care of the tag for the truck,Never have had to do this before at any other dealerships.Changed my salesman during the deal.Lost my credit app information Still waiting on the owner manual. The bad: Wasted ALOT of time with finance: - could not get the system they use to take my info - got the hard sell on all of the additional programs they offer... do they not believe in the cars when they push a 5 yr 100k warranty? - got an email with a form they forgot to get me to sign at the closing... as much time as I spent there that really in not acceptable Car had less than a half tank of gas when given to me. Overall a good experience when in context with other dealerships. Could/ should be exceptional with a few minor tweaks. More
