The service agent said tires were not included.. I could have gone to my local guy and he wouldn't have charged and service would have only been max 30 min.. Instead it took an hour wait time to fix my tire.. I called ahead for an apptmt. and guy said he did not see my apptmt.. I even received an email abt the scheduled apptmt... I so wish I had NOT bought the maintenance program.. What a rip off..,I'd love to be reimbursed my approx 25 dollars to patch a tire.. Too much paper work to go though with servicing car .. Every time I go I have to tell them I have the maintenance plan... With the computer in front of the agent ... Barbara Chandler More

This car was purchased as a rep Mr. Sanchez was professional, personable, and helpful in answering questions. I purchased a usedd 2018 Honda CRV LX. This car was purchased as a replacement for my totaled 2015 Honda CRV LX. After an accident involving a total loss, my insurance company works with an internet car sale services to help customers locate replacement vehicles. This service identified a 2018 Honda CRV at Newnan Honda. The combination of my insurance company and the car locator service provided me with a level of assurance that price offered at Newnan Honda was fair and competitively. This makes the car buying experience much better than the "bad old days" / old school method of price negotiation and gamesmanship between customers and car sales staff. Chris Clark was the person who first contacted me and arranged for an appointment to see the vehicle and test drive it. I was running late on the day of my appointment with Mr. Clark. When I arrived at Newnan Honda, Mr. Clark was taking care of another customer and the sales process was then transferred to Uri Sanchez. It was a pleasure working with Both Mr. Clark and Mr. Sanchez.
