Worst service ever I brought my 2008 Honda CRV in for a recall repair on the airbags and door lock mechanism they broke the door lock and had to keep the car for an extr I brought my 2008 Honda CRV in for a recall repair on the airbags and door lock mechanism they broke the door lock and had to keep the car for an extra 2 days did not offer me a rental when I finally received the car back there was oil and grease on the steering wheel and seats and floor all of the panels that cover up screw holes for the whole door panel where left off and a piece of the door trim was dented where he use a screwdriver instead of the proper tool I'm highly dissatisfied and from my understanding I'm not the first person to receive this kind of service from there either do not use Honda of Newnan More

I scheduled the appointment online, arrived on-time, and was greeted by a friendly service advisor. Michael Moore gave me an exact cost to get the service completed (oil change, tire rotation, and new wiper blades) and it was correct to the penny. No surprises! The service time was as expected for a Saturday morning- about one hour. The vehicle was returned clean and I am satisfied. I am glad that I was treated so well even though we did not buy our vehicle from this dealer. More
