Excellent service! I brought my van in for the first time for a recall. Honda of Newnan fit me in quickly. It was clear where to go and convenient to get in and out of. I brought my van in for the first time for a recall. Honda of Newnan fit me in quickly. It was clear where to go and convenient to get in and out of. Everyone was very nice and professional. The wait area is beautiful and clean and comfortable. It is conveniently located across from Ashley Park and the shuttle took me and my kids over to Barnes and Noble to shop while we waited. It is so close that since it was a beautiful day we walked back. They have bottled water and coffee and danishes where you can sit and watch HGTV if you'd like. There is also a cute kid's room for the kids to hang out. They washed the van before bringing it around when they were done. Autumn advised me on what they worked on. I loved this location and will definitely be back. More

The wait was a little long I am pleased with the service I received. All of the employees were very kind and courteous and eager to help. I waited for over an hour. I don't know if that's the normal wait time for an oil change and tire rotation of if the wait time was so long because it was my vehicles first service. More
