I recently had my Honda Passport serviced at this dealership. Service was fast and staff was courteous. When I was presented the bill i asked about the $10 charge that was added. The service agent showed me the SERVICE CHARGE clause that is on the service agreement. In essence a $10 hidden charge. The SERVICE CHARGE statement says that it may include dealer profit! I am disturbed that the dealer would use this approach to generate profit. Why not show this up front instead of hiding it? More

Stay far away from their service department. My wife purchased the service plan with her Passport. It's the only reason this vehicle even goes to their service department right now. Her ve My wife purchased the service plan with her Passport. It's the only reason this vehicle even goes to their service department right now. Her very first service on her 2019 Passport. She was told the rear differential fluid needed to be changed. Roughly 6000 miles on a new vehicle. She paid for this service not knowing better and didn't question it. That is way under the mileage for that service. They will lie to you about the actual service you need. 1st trip in starts off great. On another trip the service tech put a large scratch across the plastic on the front grill and left the back side of the air filter box open. They replaced the part he scratched and my wife drove around a few days with the engine pulling unfiltered air. It was at this point I find they charged $75 each for cabin and air filters. You can purchase the Honda brand filters and do both for $50 or so online. Its their one price fits all for air filters which is total xx. They will try and sell it with labor cost. Fact is, they are looking at the old filters already to see if they need to be replaced. Either way, you are putting the old or new filter back in. And then this last service. The tech covers the hood release with the plastic trim so I can't access the engine compartment. Now, I could pull on it to see if I can get it open but at the time. I was not sure what was done and they were under the hood the day before. If I cause any damage it's on me at that point. I will not let them do air filters anymore and I was going to do it this morning. While most of these mistakes are small mistakes. It shows their lack of attention to detail. What if this small mistake all of a sudden becomes the drain plug or oil filter not being tight enough? Not being filled correctly or filled incorrectly with the wrong fluid? Weeks later do you have anything to go on if you have issues? Can you prove it was their fault? These issues take time out of our day to have to go back for half xxx service. The small amount of times we've been there to have so many issues is astounding. You've been warned! I highly recommend you have them open the hood of your vehicle and double check EVERYTHING before you leave. The service desk people are helpful but the techs in the back are questionable at best. I'm being generous. I'm not sure what they are doing that is so distracting but they need to stop. My low rating for Christopher and Heather is based on the fact they run this department and are the options listed. I am forced to give a rating. She did not personally deal with either one of them to my knowledge. More

Mr. Ortiz is friendly and courteous. He thoroughly explains necessary service and recommended repairs. Mr. Ortiz goes above and beyond our expectations. We are 100% happy with the dealership, the service department and Mr. Ortiz. More
