My car was in the dealership 5 times for the same problem, and when I said I was not happy, and I would not recommend Honda to anyone, Sand made sure this would not happen and told her mechanics to do whatever they needed to get to the bottom of the problem. I week later she called me and told me that it was fixed and they needed to replace the battery. If I could giver her a 100% satisfactory I would give her a 200% because She's a fighter. Service Problems The service department is awful. Called in about a recall part, took two months and eight phone calls for them to finally get the part in. When that finally happened I was told that the next available appointment was for the following month and I would have to drop my car off for the whole day to do a 30 min procedure. Call any other Honda service center and you are bound to get better service. More
