Incompetence Maybe the worst experience ever! 2013 Pilot with 35000mi. Purchased 9 months ago certified pre owned. As part of the deal they threw in 1 yr free s Maybe the worst experience ever! 2013 Pilot with 35000mi. Purchased 9 months ago certified pre owned. As part of the deal they threw in 1 yr free scheduled maintenance. B16 light comes on dash, spoke to rep, scheduled appt for following week. I had an 8am appointment but when I called at 4pm, they had not yet looked at the car but assured me it wouldn't take long and they would get back to me. 10am the next morning - When I called, they still had not looked at the car and gave me the same, 1.5 - 2hours, they will call when its ready. 4pm - my service rep was on the other line but I was told she would get right back to me. 5pm - the person that answered the phone told me my car was ready. They changed the oil, fixed the wipers and changed the oil in the differential and it only took a day and a half (it would probably still be there if I hadn't called). They also told me I needed new back tires due cupping and wear. When I asked how that happened they told me incorrect tire inflation and lack of rotation (WRONG and not to mention the car was in 4mo prior for oil/service). I declined. I did take the car to a reputable tire store and they told me the tires were fine. When I called to make the appt. I also mentioned that there was a vibration at certain speeds and offered to take the mechanic for a ride to demonstrate. They declined, and said the differential oil would take care of it. It didn't do anything (and they went back to the tire cupping story) Lastly, they explained that the 1 year scheduled maintenance is really only oil changes. Never go back there again. More
