Excellent service In March 2018 I bought a 2017 new Honda Accord Touring leftover. In October the trunk lid wouldn't stay open; it would slam shut, and a parking syste In March 2018 I bought a 2017 new Honda Accord Touring leftover. In October the trunk lid wouldn't stay open; it would slam shut, and a parking system sensor problem light appeared on my dash. I brought it in to Yonkers Honda, NY, where I 1bought the car for warranty work. Both the advisor, Alex and the service manager, Rich said I had caustic materials (not so) in my trunk which caused the damage and the repair would not be under warranty and would cost $770. I brought my car to a different dealer, New Rochelle Honda, NY, who fixed my car under warranty, no questions asked and polite and accommodating as can be. Bobby was my advisor, a true gentleman. A Honda dealer took better care of me than the dealer from whom I bought the car. It is doubtful I would buy another Honda. And if I did it would definitely not be from Yonkers Honda but from New Rochelle. More

GO AWAY UNLESS YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT I was just getting an oil change across the street at the Express Service Center and I had a question about a tailgate issue on my Odyssey. Its a CPO I was just getting an oil change across the street at the Express Service Center and I had a question about a tailgate issue on my Odyssey. Its a CPO car that I purchased last year at the same dealership. They suggested I go across the street to the service center afterwards for the question, so I did. I went and the fellow who met me asked if I had an appointment -- I did not, so they directed me to the cashier window. I went over there to a young lady who listened to my problem, her only response was "do you have an appointment?". I did not and her response to my quick question was "I can't give you an answer unless the problem is diagnosed and you need an appointment for that". The look of disgust and disdain for my "walk-in" status spoke volumes. I walked away, got into my car and will never come back again. I drove right to the White Plains Service center and I was immediately welcomed, even without an appointment. Thanks for nothing, Dana. Great job on customer service, perhaps you should go work for the DMV. More

Fantastic experience Brought in my CRV for a regular service and slow leak in the tire. The car was taken right in and the source of the leak was found vey quickly. On the pickup day they gave me the car very very dirty on the exterior. 2- Maintenance was perform 2 days later getting a message on the board saying windshield washer fluid low. That means this wasn’t checked. 3- I made a complain about the passenger seatbelt not rolling and this was never Fix More

Although they provided a shuttle to take me home, the dealership didn’t reimburse me for self-transportation to return to pick up the car. I told my advisor I think that’s bad policy, since the mechanical issue was not of my doing. So in addition to the inconvenience / time spent dropping off and picking up my car, I also had to lay out $36 for transportation. I think the dealership needs to rethink its policy if it’s truly dedicated to customer service. More
