I've gone here for basic service 3 times: 2 oil changes and a front license-plate bracket installation (I moved into NY from a state that didn't require front plates, so I never had the holder). In all three cases, something was worse afterward. They've scratched my vinyl, stained my upholstery with grease, applied inspection stickers sloppily, and blatantly disregarded my instructions. And while the desk people are nice, some of the service people have told me many lies in attempts to get me to bring my car in for service more often. I'm going to White Plains for my next oil change. It can't be any worse. More
