I just bought a 2012 Honda Crosstour in December. I went to the new express service department to fix a slow leak in my tire (got punctured by a nail). From the moment I walked into the door, the staff welc to the new express service department to fix a slow leak in my tire (got punctured by a nail). From the moment I walked into the door, the staff welcomed me and was very accomadating. Mike, my service advisor, was extremely helpful and explained everything that I needed to know. He even gave me different options as to how to go about settling my tire issue. I owned a Mercedes and Infinit in the past and was concerned about what type of service I would get from a Honda dealership (no offense). Mike and the rest of the staff proved that their top quality customer service is just as good as any high end dealer! It is obvious that it is a priority and I am very happy with their service! More
Love the new EXPRESS SERVICE. I used to plan my life around oil change....not anymore. No appointment needed. Job done in about 30 min. Good service and good price. The service opens until 8pm. I am from NYC and i thought i would try shopping for new car away from the shark infested dealers in the city, so i tried Honda New Rochelle. The customer service was great and unlike every other dealer i h car away from the shark infested dealers in the city, so i tried Honda New Rochelle. The customer service was great and unlike every other dealer i have been to in the past, they did not try loading me up with things i did not need. They did not seem money hungry, I felt at ease and for the first time i didn't feel like they were trying to rip me off. I got a 2011 Insight for a great price and their service now is even better since they opened up an express no appointment necessary service center right across the street. I highly reccommend this dealer above any other. I will definitely trade in or buy my next car from there, they have a loyal customer with me. :) More

I purchased my Honda Cr-v approx. a year ago at Honda of New Rochelle. Recently we took our Honda in for the yearly inspection and it did not pass because of the tires. I spoke to Al Liosi about our origi New Rochelle. Recently we took our Honda in for the yearly inspection and it did not pass because of the tires. I spoke to Al Liosi about our original purchase experience and the promises that were made in regards to the tires. Al Liosi corrected the situation and followed through with those original promises. We are very thankful for the wonderful customer service we received. We highly recommend Honda of New Rochelle to anyone in the car buying market. And more specifically we recommend purchasing a Honda from Al Liosi. More

Recently, I was in on a Saturday for a check engine alarm. The waiting room was crowded and noisy and the service staff opened up the showroom a little early so I might set up my computer and do some work. It is precisely this attention to detail and service that makes me keep coming back. More

I had such a great experience during my 2nd visit to Honda of New Rochelle's service department that I wanted to express it to other people who read these consumer feed experience during my 2nd visit to Honda of New Rochelle's service department that I wanted to express it to other people who read these consumer feedback sites like me. I purchased my car at the dealer back in September 09. After being referred to the dealership by one of my neighbors, I worked with the salesperson Jamie Buchbinder and he was very attentive to my needs and got me a good deal on my 2009 Accord EX with Leather. When I met the sales manager during the purchase, he was very friendly and kept talking about how great the service department was and how its nice that its all in one location, same building. I have to admit I didnt pay much attention to it at the time but after my second visit you can see how truthful he was being. What impressed me was the way Rafael Almonte, one of the service advisors, was honest, upfront, and appreciated my time. Ive been to many service centers before and you just sit and wait so long. Im not saying that I didnt have to wait, obviously my car was being worked on ... but he offered a loaner vehicle, I declined, then instead of waiting .. they shuttled me to the local diner where I had lunch and they picked me up. He was so nice and was concerned with my time even though I chose to wait. Nice clean dealer as well .. everything seems very organized and they care about the customers. Great Sales and Service experience! More
Honda of New Rochelle has always treated me right and this time they outdid themselves. I had an issue that wouldnt go away on my 07 Honda Accord with the braking system. They tried a few times to fix th this time they outdid themselves. I had an issue that wouldnt go away on my 07 Honda Accord with the braking system. They tried a few times to fix the problem but it kept occuring and Honda corporate couldnt even figure it out. After talking with the service manager and then the General manager, they decided to help me and genuinely cared about my inconvenience. They decided to put an over book value on my current Accord and put me into a brand new Accord at a more than fair price. The difference was minimal and they definately stretched to make this happen for me. I must say throughout the whole process, they were attentive and I never felt ignored. I feel like I know these guys and they are not just some dealer looking to get over on you. They do the right thing and I am writing this because other people should know the good dealers out there. I read some of these reviews and it doesnt even sound like the same dealer? They really do a good job and my advice for anyone with an issue would be to get a manager involved before complaining about them. Give the managers a chance to fix the issue and Im sure they can work it out. They were outstanding in my case. More
