The newly opened service area across the street has already gotten my attention...In approx. 15 minutes I was finished with the oil change...Prior to this new arena, it would of been more than likely 9 already gotten my attention...In approx. 15 minutes I was finished with the oil change...Prior to this new arena, it would of been more than likely 90 minutes. This is going to be extremely convenient being open on Sundays and later at night. More

AWESOME! That is how I felt when I left the Express Service Center last night. When I called to set up an appointment for an oil change, I was delighted to learn that I could go to an Express Service C Service Center last night. When I called to set up an appointment for an oil change, I was delighted to learn that I could go to an Express Service Center. It was my first visit there and the experience was GREAT. The fact that I do not need an appointment is extremely convenient. I never look forward to spending my Saturday morning getting my car serviced and never knowing how long it will take. I was in and out of there in less than a 1/2 hour. In addition, I was very impressed with the customer service. Michael Vigliotti is courteous and friendly and made my visit even more comfortable. The Express Service Center is the best idea ever. I tip my hat to whoever came up with this idea. Looking forward to my next visit. More

I'm love the NEW Honda Express Service. I love that its open 7 days a week. The office is very clean and the service rep are very professional and kind. Normally, I try to arrive early (7:30am)to get out e open 7 days a week. The office is very clean and the service rep are very professional and kind. Normally, I try to arrive early (7:30am)to get out early. I arrived at the NEW Honda Express Service at 9:30am for an oil change and tire rotation. I was out in about 30 minutes. Mike Vigliotti noticed a slight nick in one of my front tire and recommended I get a new set of front tires. He called the main service area(across the street) and they took me quickly. In and out in less than 2 hrs. That use to be how long it took just for the oil change. Thanks Honda of New Rochelle for the NEW Honda Express Service. Now if we can just get the DONUTS to go with the coffee.... LOL!!! More

I was happy to see that someone was giving some thought on how to handle servcing.... specifically, some services calls are short and easy to service while others are difficult and time consuming.
