Posting this on behalf of my mother. This dealership has done nothing but play games on performing warranty work for her 2019 Honda Passport. Between them and corporate it’s been nonstop game of smoke and m done nothing but play games on performing warranty work for her 2019 Honda Passport. Between them and corporate it’s been nonstop game of smoke and mirrors. They can’t not explain condensation in her headlights and will not warranty on a vehicle with less than 10 thousand miles. Yet cannot give us proof in writing as to you why this issue on a 40 thousand dollar vehicle is not covered. So Kudos to Honda of New Rochelle you just lost not one but 2 customers for any future service or purchases. Your service manager Bill Carlucci has not returned her phone calls for the last week. With a claim of calling back and he never does. Thank you for ensuring we will never do business with this dealership again. More

If im a good driver i should be fine mind you i dnt even have 6 months with the car. Asked for the generals manager number or email he couldn’t provide me with none of the information i asked him. He said they don’t use emails and they don’t have CEO. I hope honda has a good lawyer. More
On December 26 2019 brought my 2016 Honda Pilot in because you could smell gasoline coming out of the ac/heating vents. Got the truck back on December 27,2019. In May of 2020 we needed a new battery, because you could smell gasoline coming out of the ac/heating vents. Got the truck back on December 27,2019. In May of 2020 we needed a new battery, that’s when discovered that the engine cover was missing. I have been calling Honda and getting nothing but the run around and nasty people. Then I was told to speak to Bill Carlucci he is the service manager that could help me with this problem. Left a few messages for him and still no call back from him I get a call from Honda that they want to buy back (which means trade in) for my truck because it has low mileage. And their used car lot need vehicles. I want my engine cover. I paid for that when I bought my truck. It was included in the price. They have a sign in the showroom that they are number 1 I sales and Service and satisfaction. LOL. I would never buy are recommend this place to anyone. They are very nasty don’t return calls transfer you all over the dealership. Or even hang up on you And tell you that you hung up. And my truck has the gasoline smell again !!!! More
Dishonest I dealt with Angel from the service department, who pushed for a 30,000 mile service on my 2016 Odyssey. This was my first and last time to have my car serviced at this location. More

I have been dealing with Mike Vigliotti for 3 years. I have a 2016 crv. He is always friendly and helpful. He makes sure to explain everything to you. He lets you know what is going on with your car when have a 2016 crv. He is always friendly and helpful. He makes sure to explain everything to you. In October the trunk lid wouldn't stay open; it would slam shut, and a parking system sensor problem light appeared on my dash. I brought it in to Yonkers Honda, NY, where I 1bought the car for warranty work. Both the advisor, Alex and the service manager, Rich said I had caustic materials (not so) in my trunk which caused the damage and the repair would not be under warranty and would cost $770. I brought my car to a different dealer, New Rochelle Honda, NY, who fixed my car under warranty, no questions asked and polite and accommodating as can be. Bobby was my advisor, a true gentleman. A Honda dealer took better care of me than the dealer from whom I bought the car. It is doubtful I would buy another Honda. And if I did it would definitely not be from Yonkers Honda but from New Rochelle. More

GO AWAY UNLESS YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT I was just getting an oil change across the street at the Express Service Center and I had a question about a tailgate issue on my Odyssey. Its a CPO I was just getting an oil change across the street at the Express Service Center and I had a question about a tailgate issue on my Odyssey. Its a CPO car that I purchased last year at the same dealership. They suggested I go across the street to the service center afterwards for the question, so I did. I went and the fellow who met me asked if I had an appointment -- I did not, so they directed me to the cashier window. I went over there to a young lady who listened to my problem, her only response was "do you have an appointment?". I did not and her response to my quick question was "I can't give you an answer unless the problem is diagnosed and you need an appointment for that". The look of disgust and disdain for my "walk-in" status spoke volumes. I walked away, got into my car and will never come back again. I drove right to the White Plains Service center and I was immediately welcomed, even without an appointment. Thanks for nothing, Dana. Great job on customer service, perhaps you should go work for the DMV. More
