This is the first time using express service. Soon after arriving there, Mike came out to assist me with my car. I asked to change the oil and check all fluids. He told me he will check the tires for rotati arriving there, Mike came out to assist me with my car. I asked to change the oil and check all fluids. He told me he will check the tires for rotation and there was a special on both the oil change and tire rotation. So I did and it didn't take long for the whole job. Mike is a special person, he is like having your family take care of you. This was very easy. Thank you Mike. More

I came in for my first oil change, and they were busy, but they squeezed me in cause I was leaving on a 2000 mile trip, and needed to get the service done before heading out of town. I also asked them how to get the locks to unlock when the car is put in park, as I'd tried following the instructions and had been unsucessful in doing it. Mike called me to verify what I wanted done before arranging for someone to do it, and also noticed that our back bumper needed some body work, and that I would need an estimate on it. He arranged for everything to happen just while I took a walk with my infant son - about 30-45 minutes. I was really impressed, and so grateful for the great service - thanks Mike! More
I got a flat on my new 2012 Honda Fit. I asked if I could bring it on at 5pm and although they were busy, they said they would fit me in. Mike V. was great! He said I needed a new tire and they did j could bring it on at 5pm and although they were busy, they said they would fit me in. Mike V. was great! The service was excellent from my entrance to my exit. Mike welcomed me at my car, not at the door, which is important as it shows great customer care. He thoroughly explained what type of service I would receive, the reasoning behind the express service office, which I did not know existed until I looked it up on the internet, and he was very accomodating; ensuring the television show was appropriate and drinks were available. It was an overall great experience! I even told two of my honda sisters to make sure they take their vehicles there instead of making inconvenient appointments. More
I have always received great service since leasing a 2010 Honda Accord. The service man (Mike Vigliotti)is very knowledgable. I went in because break lights went out. Mr. Vigliotti explained in detail what mechanics would be looking for. He told me problem could either be the bulbs or electrical. As it turned out it was just the bulbs. To correct the problem took exactly 8 minutes. He explained my bill and my wife and I were out in less than 30 minutes. I am a very satisfied Honda customer. More
