I was 10 minutes late to my annual lease evaluation. Mike said "no problem, happy new year, let's take care of you." He took care of everything that needed to be done while I waited and I was out 20 minutes said "no problem, happy new year, let's take care of you." He took care of everything that needed to be done while I waited and I was out 20 minutes faster than I was quoted. Fantastic service, great people. I can't ask for anything more from a dealership. Honda New Rochelle is probably the first dealership I've ever dealt with that has treated me with kindness and respect. It's a beautiful thing. More
On December 28, 2012, I took my 2012 Honda Accord to the service department across the street from the Honda of New Rochelle dealership for an oil change. My car was taken in right away, and Mike explained to me that not only was the oil and filter changed, but my battery was checked along with a multi point inspection on my new car. I was in and out of the place very quickly, giving me the impression that my time was as important as their time. I recently purchased a 2009 Honda Accord when after a few days of driving it I noticed the driver side of the windshield wipers were not working to it's fullest. I phoned the dealership & they advised me to go to the parts department & it would be addressed. In error I drove into the express service department across the street which turned out to be a blessing. Mike Vigliotti was so accommodating, efficient & polite. They looked at the problem, I needed the part which was ordered, phoned me when it was in as Mike said he would. When I got there the work was done so fast. I felt so well taken care of, safety seemed to be of utmost importance to them and my being satisfied with the service. Mike & his whole team there are wonderful and they all seem to work well together. Mike is definitely an asset to Honda and a person who makes you feel like a VIP! Ann Bez More
I want to commend TJ and Luis at Honda Express in New Rochelle. On Thursday evening, when I started my car to drive home from work, the interior lights would not go off when I closed the drivers door an Rochelle. On Thursday evening, when I started my car to drive home from work, the interior lights would not go off when I closed the drivers door and the dashboard icon indicated that the drivers door was open even though it was securely closed. I had to drive home with the lights on and worried that my car battery would be drained if the interior lights could not be turned off. I reached New Rochelle around 6:45pm and drove to the Honda Express center which was still open. Both TJ and Luis came out quickly to evaluate my car. They correctly thought the door sensor was broken and were able to shut the interior lights for me. I was so grateful for their assistance. They were friendly and reassuring and advised me to call the Honda service center across the street in the morning. These two men went beyond the call of duty and asked for nothing in return. You are fortunate to have them on staff. More

I was apprehensive concerning the express but after speaking with Mike he assured me the service was the same. He was very thorough in his recommendations and not pushy!!!. I left knowing my car had w speaking with Mike he assured me the service was the same. He was very thorough in his recommendations and not pushy!!!. He further recommended a few items to watch out for and we scheduled another service reminded to take care of his recommendations sooner than later. More
I got my Honda Civic serviced on Wednesday, November 7, 2012; and, Mike Vigliotti was my service person. He was very pleasant, polite and informative.
