I bought my 2008 Honda Fit from HoNR in 2011 and was told by the pre-owned sales manager that my car had a brand new battery. About 10 days ago, my "new" battery died. The AAA mechanic who gave me a jump t by the pre-owned sales manager that my car had a brand new battery. About 10 days ago, my "new" battery died. The AAA mechanic who gave me a jump told me that my battery was the original battery, not a replacement, and that it registered 126 CAA and 4.8v at normal load. Needless to say, I was not happy with that news. I called the service dept at HoNR to inquire about installation of a new battery and to complain about my "new" battery not being new. The rep was monotone in her explanation that batteries wear down and that HoNR was not responsible but offered 30 minute service for new battery installation at a cost of $119 plus tax. I made a service appointment online (after having to hang up for another call) for Saturday at 10:20am. When I arrived at the Express Service Center, I was told the wait would be 90 minutes. At that point, i expressed my dissatisfaction with HoNR and was about to say I would not be patronizing them again when Mike Vigliotti came to assist. He was attentive, solutions oriented, and really made an effort to resolve the situation. He guided the process smoothly, gave me regular updates on the progress, answered all of my questions and did it all with a smile. I was out of there within an hour with a new battery - and he even made sure my tires were checked and filled. He is knowledgeable, courteous, efficient, professional, and friendly. Honda of New Rochelle is lucky to have him. More

Michael has excellent customer service skills! His knowledge and concern has convinced me to do my future maintenance through Honda of New Rochelle. With my past cars I've dealt with transmission prob knowledge and concern has convinced me to do my future maintenance through Honda of New Rochelle. With my past cars I've dealt with transmission problems so Michael put an emphasis on that area during my service. He wrote down and explained when I would need to do my future maintenance for each part of the vehicle. I would recommend this service center for any of your future maintenance. More
I brought my Honda Civic to Express Service recently because a piece of truck fender came flying at me a few days prior on the highway and went under the car, knocking the clip off of the heat guard (I because a piece of truck fender came flying at me a few days prior on the highway and went under the car, knocking the clip off of the heat guard (I think that's what it's called). Anyway, there was a horrible flapping noise coming from under the car. The car was also due for an oil change. Both Octavio and Elaine greeted me and Octavio wrote up the job order. In only 40 minutes, the oil change was completed and the clip replaced. Your service staff at Express Service is wonderful!! More

I used the express service for my first oil change for a new car purchased in July 2012. I anticipated a long wait, somewhat sub-par waiting area, etc. Instead I found a clean waiting space, service repre new car purchased in July 2012. I anticipated a long wait, somewhat sub-par waiting area, etc. Instead I found a clean waiting space, service representative welcomed me and helped me as I walked in the door, explained the process, etc. I had a service related question and he answered me and said the mechanic would take a look at my clutch as well. It was an easy and painless process and I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Also, the mechanic came out and explained why I was experiencing the clutch issues and this was helpful as well. I will definitely be using this service center for future needs. More
