In all my years of leasing Honda cars, I never had such great service and understanding from an individual ,as Mohamed Abdel Latif had given to me. His handling of the issue at hand, impressed me to tell others of Honda's personal touch and caring for their customers. I walked away with a great sense of satisfaction, not easily acquired these days. He renewed my trust in people again. More
I brought my new Honda Civic for service on Saturday April 20,2013 at the Service Express. Mike Vigliotti received me when I came in. He took my keys and check my car. Within 20 minutes, Mike came back April 20,2013 at the Service Express. Mike Vigliotti received me when I came in. He took my keys and check my car. My husband brought my Honda Odyssey in for the first oil change .It was a very positive experience for a number of reasons.First, it was a complimentary oil change since it was our first oil change.Secondly change .It was a very positive experience for a number of reasons.First, it was a complimentary oil change since it was our first oil change.Secondly, the representative was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. I took my 2008 Honda Accord EX to have an oil change and a general maintainance service check. Michael Vigliotti was my service advisor. I was impressed by his courteous manner, with me, and with other a general maintainance service check. Michael Vigliotti was my service advisor. I was impressed by his courteous manner, with me, and with other customers. This is extraordinary in the fast-paced world we live in! I was also impressed his expertise and his ability to inform me what did NOT have to be done at this time. He di suggest replacing the engine air filter and he told why it needed to be done. he showed a visual representation of all that was checked which I was able to see and follow. I purchased a 2009 Honda CR-V EX from New Rochelle for an amazing price. After owning the vehicle for a couple of months and had my first oil service I was informed that the brake fluid needed to be changed. amazing price. After owning the vehicle for a couple of months and had my first oil service I was informed that the brake fluid needed to be changed. The brake fluid should be changed every three years meaning the fluid should have been changed when I first purchased the car. I live roughly 4 hours from the dealership so it would have been extremely difficult for me to bring my car there to get serviced. New Rochelle had me get the service done at my local Honda dealership and covered the cost. I spoke with my local Honda dealer and they even told me "after being in the business they can't see a Honda dealer taking on that cost". Meaning my own local Honda dealer probably wouldn't have paid for someone to get their car serviced at another location. This was the right thing to do, and Honda of New Rochelle really stepped up and made sure that as a customer was taken care of. THANK YOU, its not even a question of where I will buy my next Honda. More

During the storm, I went in to get my driver wiper blade fixed today by Mike Viglioffi. Mike was very helpful and fast. I got out of the shop within 20 minutes and was able to get to my next meeting on fixed today by Mike Viglioffi. Mike was very helpful and fast.
