My husband brought my Honda Odyssey in for the first oil change .It was a very positive experience for a number of reasons.First, it was a complimentary oil change since it was our first oil change.Secondly change .It was a very positive experience for a number of reasons.First, it was a complimentary oil change since it was our first oil change.Secondly, the representative was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. I took my 2008 Honda Accord EX to have an oil change and a general maintainance service check. Michael Vigliotti was my service advisor. I was impressed by his courteous manner, with me, and with other a general maintainance service check. Michael Vigliotti was my service advisor. I was also impressed his expertise and his ability to inform me what did NOT have to be done at this time. He di suggest replacing the engine air filter and he told why it needed to be done. he showed a visual representation of all that was checked which I was able to see and follow. I purchased a 2009 Honda CR-V EX from New Rochelle for an amazing price. After owning the vehicle for a couple of months and had my first oil service I was informed that the brake fluid needed to be changed. amazing price. The brake fluid should be changed every three years meaning the fluid should have been changed when I first purchased the car. I live roughly 4 hours from the dealership so it would have been extremely difficult for me to bring my car there to get serviced. New Rochelle had me get the service done at my local Honda dealership and covered the cost. I spoke with my local Honda dealer and they even told me "after being in the business they can't see a Honda dealer taking on that cost". Meaning my own local Honda dealer probably wouldn't have paid for someone to get their car serviced at another location. This was the right thing to do, and Honda of New Rochelle really stepped up and made sure that as a customer was taken care of. THANK YOU, its not even a question of where I will buy my next Honda. More

During the storm, I went in to get my driver wiper blade fixed today by Mike Viglioffi. Mike was very helpful and fast. Their waiting area was clean, comfortable and included free wi-fi, coffee and tv. My vehicle was ready exactly when they told me it would be. Then, my service advisor, Michael V., reviewed the service report with me. They conducted business the way it should be conducted. I will definately be back for future service to my vehicles. More

Michael is always a professional and this past Saturday 2/23/13, I called to determine if there was a possibility of an oil change for my son's civic. Michael said of course but that it was very busy give 2/23/13, I called to determine if there was a possibility of an oil change for my son's civic. Michael said of course but that it was very busy given that the weather was foul and many people came that day for service, so there would be approx an hour or so wait. I explained that I was on a tight schedule that day because I needed to be in Manahattan before 4:00 and it was already 2:15 when I called. I decided to try anyway and althought they were still so busy, there would be a window for me and some how he was able to make it happen and I was on my way to Manhattan. I really appreciated this effort and he always is so detailed conscience and considerate. More
