So impressed with this service department. I have worked in the car business for years, and even at my best dealership I have never been treated so well. David was very kind, answered all of my questions w in the car business for years, and even at my best dealership I have never been treated so well. David was very kind, answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed, and everything was done in a very timely manner. Not only this, but there was good coffee & donuts available for anyone to eat, private desk areas for those with laptops who may need to stay longer... I am more than impressed. I also noticed how the other service managers were treating the clients, and everyone seemed more than happy with the service. They definitely deserve the credit and to be rewarded for surpassing the standard for service centers everywhere. Thank you for YOUR service! More

I received a booklet for three free oil changes when I purchased my car, so I figure it would be silly not to use them. The express service center is very clean. I had my car serviced (oil change and ti purchased my car, so I figure it would be silly not to use them. The express service center is very clean. I had my car serviced (oil change and tire rotation) early on a Saturday morning, and the total wait was about 30 minutes - not bad at all for not having an appointment. The two members of staff that I spoke to were both very courteous. More

I called ahead of time to see what would be the best time to come in, as i was pressed for time. I came to the service center of Honda New Rochelle to replace the rear window washer on my car. From the moment I entered the center I was impressed.
