Simply the best! I've had alot of experience with dealerships and their related maintenance staff over the years, and it hasn't always been positive. I just had my new Honda serviced by Honda of New Rochelle, and was floored with the great difference. Not only was the staff courteous and attentive, even though I was a "walk-in" with no appointment; they took care of my car within the hour, just as they had promised to do. There is no doubt in my mind that I have found the right place where my car will be serviced professionally and with the utmost excellence. I recommend them HIGHLY! More

Better than other HONDA locations!!! I live 6 mins from Bronx Honda but would rather drive 20 mins to New Rochelle, service, timeliness of repair, and HONEST people!!! Highly recommend!!! Inspection Visit I discovered my yearly inspection was overdue! I quickly pulled into the nearby Honda Express Service location. I was immediately approached by two I discovered my yearly inspection was overdue! I quickly pulled into the nearby Honda Express Service location. I was immediately approached by two friendly service per;sonel who made every effort to expidite my inspection visit. Particularly TONI WRIGHT, who went out of his way to make sure I was properly taken care of. he explained what was going to be done, how much it cost and the approximate time it would take. And I was expertly taken care of. The added bonus was a manicure which I received by an expert manicurist named TINA while I awaited my car; that it was free of charge was an added bonus. All in all, a great morning. Please notify Bill Calucci, the service manager of this particular facility, of my positive experience. The addition of a manicurist while awaiting one's car is a "stroke of genius." How about adding a massage chair in addition to the manicure? That would really be even greater. More
I came in for a routine oil change on Wednesday December I came in for a routine oil change on Wednesday December 11, I was checked in. I walked in went over to the counter to say Goodmorning to Mike, who I came in for a routine oil change on Wednesday December 11, I was checked in. I walked in went over to the counter to say Goodmorning to Mike, who is always very nice.. When my car was finished mike let know that my car was ready ,I walked to the the counter to pay I said bye and got in my car.. When I turned my car on I noticed that my tire pressure was on so I went back inside annoyed at this time because I had just finished getting a 40$ oil change and if it was a problem with my tire pressure it should of been addressed. Luis came outside and asked what was the problem as if he had a attitude and asked me well where is your receipt, so I looked at him and said my receipt what do you need it for, he said do you have it or not and I said of course I do.. At that time I didnt appreciate the way he was talking to me so I snatched my receipt from him and said I do not want you to help me, Luis then turned to me and said oh well im incharge over here. Things at that point escalated to another level where he was in my face pointing and shouting at me. We were both at that point calling each other names. I think that Luis needs to be trained in customer service and how to deal with customers if a problem should arise. NO MAN SHOULD EVER BE IN ANY WOMANS FACE POINTING AND CARRYING ON LIKE THAT EVER WAS HE TRYING TO BE A BULLY BECAUSE I CLEARLY TOLD HIM I DID NOT WANT HIM TO HELP ME. More
I stopped into the Service center on Friday, Dec. 6th for a headlight that was out. I was a little annoyed, since I had it replaced at the Honda center across the street. However, Mike took care of thi a headlight that was out. I was a little annoyed, since I had it replaced at the Honda center across the street. However, Mike took care of things and had his technicians fix the problem. As I waited I was treated to a complementary manicure from Tina. I have to say I've never had such a great experience. Tina was wonderful, and I had a great time being pampered that I ended up asking Mike if he could have my Honda's oil changed as I was waiting. I am truly impressed with the customer service that Mike provides, in today's day it's becoming a lost art. The idea to have a manicurist as personable as Tina on staff is quite smart. Overall, it was a great experience. My car was fixed and I left with nice nails. More
I wish I could give 10 stars for the brilliant idea of offering customers a free manicure as a courtesy of getting their cars serviced at Honda. Both men and women was taking advantage of this and it w offering customers a free manicure as a courtesy of getting their cars serviced at Honda. Both men and women was taking advantage of this and it was good to see. The service time matched the length of time it took to get my nails done. I was beyond impressed when I left the service department with beautiful nails and a beautiful running car. The manicurist was great. Love this--and Honda should definitely keep this going! Brilliant! More

I had the worst service experience at this dealership. I had the roof replaced on my s2000 & after three tries it still is not installed correctly. The first time I tried to pickup the car, the back roof su had the roof replaced on my s2000 & after three tries it still is not installed correctly. The first time I tried to pickup the car, the back roof support bar was not in the right slot in the roof & the support straps were pinned between the roof & car. I brought it back & it was "ready" to pickup a month later. This time, they tried to return my car to me with a dead battery. I only knew about the battery because I was getting low voltage alerts from my alarm system. My service advisor admitted to knowing about the car needing a jump every day but didn't tell me. When the car was "ready" with a new battery, I stopped by to pick it up and the car was in the garage with the roof removed. They had the car for two months and the work was still not done correctly. When they replaced my battery, they did not calibrate my alarm system. The proximity sensor is not functioning properly & my trunk release no longer works. The roof now rattles. It took over two months to get my car back. During this time my inspection expired and my service advisor said nothing. The car was dropped off clean (inside and out) and each time I picked it up it was filthy. It also had no gas, even though I dropped it off with 1/4 tank. I ran out of gas driving the car down the street to the gas station when I finally was able to pick it up. I live down the street from this dealership & I would rather drive to Greenwich than let these people touch my car again. More
