Honda New Rochelle is best car service! I go out of my way to service my two Hondas (Odyssey and Civic) and Honda New Rochelle. Recent Service I've been going to Honda for servicing since I purchased my Pilot. Whe I get Express service, Mike V usually takes care of me. This last time, more service was required and Sandi helped me. I find the employees very pleasant. They tell me upfront the service that I will be receiving and an estimate of the cost. The actual cost is never far off the estimate. This last service, the cost was less. More

Made Me Look Crazy I have been to Honda of New Rochelle multiple times with an issue of my GPS restarting multiple times in my 2010 Honda Accord. I bought all the extend I have been to Honda of New Rochelle multiple times with an issue of my GPS restarting multiple times in my 2010 Honda Accord. I bought all the extended warranties just so I can cover myself because I use my car every single day and travel a lot. When I take the car in I explain that you have to set a destination and start driving and it takes a couple minutes but the whole system just shuts off completely. Each time they come back and tell me there is nothing wrong and or its fixed. The collective miles drove in 3 visits for this problem they have drove 0.2 miles. I specifically said drive around for 2 - 3 mins and the problem occurs. They have made me out to look crazy even though I have video and picture proof and now my warranty service is pretty much up. I drive over an hour to bring my car to them based on great reviews but the only positive experience I have had so far was buying my car from the sales rep who has switched to a different dealer now and dealing with Jessica Bringoli was a very positive experience who has helped me as much as possible but everyone else just does not have it together. NEVER AGAIN. My family has multiple Honda vehicles and I am sure will continue to get them but never again from New Rochelle. More

Professionalism, curtesy, knowledge and friendliness at the highest level from your entire service crew. I have dealt with mostly Sandi and Bob for 5 years. I tried other Honda service centers with bad r at the highest level from your entire service crew. I have dealt with mostly Sandi and Bob for 5 years. I tried other Honda service centers with bad results which caused me frustration, headaches and suspicion. I have not felt those feelings since your team has taken car of my 2 Hondas. The main shop and the express shop has been nothing short of excellent from the person who takes my car and brings it back to me when done and everyone between. I appreciate your honesty and have always been extremely satisfied with my cars always operating like new. I recommend your team everyone I know with the same confidence you have in your crew.
