Go to another service Center and save yourself a headache+ $ Service Center in New Rochelle is absolutely horrible!!! It smells like urine and was so dirty that I waited outside with my two children while I was waiting for an oil change. They tell me that I needed new rear rotors and brakes And quoted me $800. I told them not to touch my car.. I then went to Honda Service in Yonkers where,mind you, my $650 pre paid maintenance package ( where you pay because it's "synthetic oil " for two years of service) was not even honored- how does a thirty five dollar oil change equal $650 for two years.. I'm not a cab... Got screwed with that) anyway, I ended up paying around $600 for all that work ( instead of new rotors they could cut them) plus more at Yonkers. I will eat the $650 but believe me I would never go back to New Rochelle again and advise others not to either. They are not honest mechanics and rip their customers off. They simply do not care! I do have to say that the finance department was great there though. More
More than 3 hours for an oil change in Express Service! Terrible service, waited too long to get an oil change. It seems like they didn't take good care of the car since the car was not purchased from this Terrible service, waited too long to get an oil change. I came back in the front desk after 2 hours and the car is still park right where I left it..I've requested for a tire rotation since the car was more than 15,000 miles, however, the front desk said it didn't need a tire rotation and everything else looks good. Definitely not going back. More

What are you waiting for? So worth the wait. Honda of New Rochelle’s Service Department is awesome, because they have employees like Corey Wright. He was tremendous in the greatest understated way. He is down to earth - says just enough - assures the customers they are being taken care of in his cool-cat, no-nonsense sort of way. Even though it was super busy for them all day, he didn't go on and on about their problems . . . he was straight forward without making me feel like I should turn around, walk out and come back another day . . . even though he could have been hoping and thinking it - he never made me FEEL like I was a burden despite the several cars ahead of me and the short staffing in the garage. Knowing the week I was in and approaching, I would have been stressed and super bummed after driving all that way through traffic from the Bronx to be discouraged to come back another day to get an oil change. I come all the way out to Honda of New Rochelle for the impeccable and honest service. Corey didn't disappoint. In addition to an oil change, I actually also needed my NY inspection done. After I realized how busy they were, I didn't mention it and was prepared to return or go elsewhere closer to my home. While doing the prep paperwork, he saw my sticker was about to expire, and made no promises but said he'd put it on the list to see if it could happen but was very upfront that chances were greater it may not happen but we may as well try. The stars aligned, and he helped make it happen. I was extremely grateful. That little bit of extra effort on his part and the garage saved me time as well as the Honda team from having to see my car another day when they could be taking care of another needy customer. Time used well. I highly recommend Honda of New Rochelle – and Corey at the helm. I will not even blink any hesitation to call on him for help again - and you shouldn't either. More
