The service personnel were understanding and quickly recommended a solution to order the part and set up a time for installation. The next day I received a call that the part had been received and would like to schedule a time for installation. Great Service Visit Recently noticed an odd noise coming from the front tire area of my CRV, and called the Service Writer at Honda of Murfreesboro for advice. I spoke wi Recently noticed an odd noise coming from the front tire area of my CRV, and called the Service Writer at Honda of Murfreesboro for advice. I spoke with Grace Copeland who advised me to bring my vehicle in for inspection. I came in today and Ms Copeland greeted me and wrote up my service request. After a short time the service technician came in to tell me what he had found and discussed options with me and Ms Copeland. Ms Grace Copeland saw to it that my Crv was taken care of and soon I was back on the road. A great experience. Thank you. More
