It's been better Usually I have nothing to complain about but there was a couple of things that I noticed this time. First of all the kids room was hot. I'm hoping the tech actually changed my oil because he/she didnt put a new sticker on my windshield and he/she didnt reset my oil percentage on the dash also Now, as for my service advisor, he is AWESOME! Always keeps me updated, holds the door for me since I have two kids in tow this is very much appreciated. He opens the doors to the van while I'm walking to it ready to go. He explains everything to me that I need to know without making me feel like a woman who knows nothing about cars, because I'm not. He rocks! More
