Always the best From entering the service reception, to the service writer, to the cafe lady to the cashier .... every one is polite, professional and wears a smile. I purchased my car from DW Honda in Franklin but live in Murfreesboro and did not want to drive an hour away. I called the murfreesboro shop and, while I am still under manufacturer warranty, I was worried I would have to drive to Franklin to have it seviced but they told me to bring it on in. That was a relief because I had a busy day planned and was already inconvenienced having to get jump starts earlier. Once I got to the shop and pulled in service bay, two women immediately approached me to intake my car. Amanda won out and took great care of me from there. She got me in and out on short notice. The battery was replaced in about 40 minutes and I was on my way. Amanda was incredibly helpful, a pleasure to work with, and communicated progress throughout my visit. Highly recommend and that is coming from somebody who has worked in service industry. She even called the next day to make sure I was still running. I will be visiting this dealership again for my future needs. More

Disappointed Dory saved us by getting us a tow, after being stranded for 4 1/2 hrs on I24, by Honda Assist. However we were lead to believe Honda Assist would cove Dory saved us by getting us a tow, after being stranded for 4 1/2 hrs on I24, by Honda Assist. However we were lead to believe Honda Assist would cover our tow and it was not. There was no tire available till the next morning. We were told by 10 AM the tire would be there. Our car was finally ready 2 1/2 hours later. More

He then took me inside and and led me to a very nice waiting area which had snacks and soft drinks available at no charge. When my car was done I was shown to the cashier desk where a very pleasant person took my payment. I was given my keys and and found my just washed car to go home. The experience at the new Honda location is much improved. More
