Didn’t have the parts In stock for appointment. I was disappointed when I showed up for some updates for my Honda Clarity only to find out they didn’t have everything in stock. I made my appointmen I was disappointed when I showed up for some updates for my Honda Clarity only to find out they didn’t have everything in stock. I made my appointment for service over a week in advance so I would assume they would check to see if all parts are in stock or order them before I arrive or let me know so I could possibly reschedule. I have to drive 70 miles round trip and now I have to drive again. Not very happy about this at all. More

Disappointed I called & made an appointment for a oil charge, told full synthetic would be under 60 and it was 90. They said they would vacuum and care for the car I called & made an appointment for a oil charge, told full synthetic would be under 60 and it was 90. They said they would vacuum and care for the car as long as things were not in it, and nothing was there. They said they’d wasn’t he car and vacuum and told me to stop in next time to get it done. Then they told me I needed to replace my battery but I took it to autozone and then to orielly and they both told me my battery was absolutely fine. I will never recommend this dealership. They took advantage of the fact that I was a young female that was “clueless” More
