Sam House was my main contact as my service advisor and he walked me through all that needed done (replacing splash guards, battery and battery indicator) as well as my options (priority and importance of each). He and the Honda team made me feel like a valued customer and were courteous and professional throughout the process. Great experience and I’ll definitely be recommending them to friends and family. I arrived e A Happy Experience I am new in the area. My visit to Honda of Murfreesboro for routine service was an unexpectedly happy experience. I arrived early for the appointment. Service Representative Brittany was welcoming, helpful, and efficient. Service began immediately and was completed more quickly than I expected. The service staff, after discovering the weak battery, replaced it without cost under warranty on their own initiative. They also washed and vacuumed the van without being asked, and cleaned the inside of the windshield. Cost was quite reasonable and exactly as listed on my online reservation. I received a paper report and later an online copy of the services done and checked, as well as recommendations for future service with cost estimates. The building is new, easily accessible, and well laid out. The large and comfortable waiting rooms are well equipped and well supplied with amenities, including complimentary drinks and snacks. All in all, the service visit was a happy experience, well worth the hour’s drive in each direction. More
