Service Representative Brittany was welcoming, helpful, and efficient. Service began immediately and was completed more quickly than I expected. The service staff, after discovering the weak battery, replaced it without cost under warranty on their own initiative. They also washed and vacuumed the van without being asked, and cleaned the inside of the windshield. Cost was quite reasonable and exactly as listed on my online reservation. I received a paper report and later an online copy of the services done and checked, as well as recommendations for future service with cost estimates. The building is new, easily accessible, and well laid out. The large and comfortable waiting rooms are well equipped and well supplied with amenities, including complimentary drinks and snacks. All in all, the service visit was a happy experience, well worth the hour’s drive in each direction. More
