Little di The sole purpose of my visit was to purchase an extra key Fob. Upon arrival I was advised there was a recall and they would take care of it. Little did I know it would take three. And one half hours. After I paid my invoice I reviewed it and discovered a 24 dollar charge for shop supplies and environment. I am upset to know in addition to an enormous charge for a key Fob I do not understand why there is a charge for shop supplies to program a key. I will never be back for service or to. Purchase a vehicle . Sincerely John Pastorial. PS I believe the recall had been reconciled on e previous visit. A mistake or fraud? More

I had my car serviced by Honda of Murfreesboro. Brittany and team are great! Brittany was extremely pleasant and checked me in right away. I like that she was equipped with an iPad as her mobile tool for logging information as Brittany was extremely pleasant and checked me in right away. I only wish that my receipt and service papers given to me when I picked up the vehicle were electronic instead. At least having the option would have been nice. I was check in within 2-minutes and she directed me to the lounge/waiting area where there were beverages and snacks at my disposal while I waited. I instead opted to go home (someone picked me up) and was called promptly when the vehicle was ready for pickup. As a courtesy, they washed the exterior and vacuumed the front. I would like to have had an option to pay extra for a more detailed interior cleaning but was happy with the service I got for the price. Thank you! More

Functional but Frustrating This dealership is very nice and clean, as it is a brand new building. They have a fancy showroom, nice waiting area, breakfast food, lunch food, and This dealership is very nice and clean, as it is a brand new building. They have a fancy showroom, nice waiting area, breakfast food, lunch food, and around the clock complimentary snacks and drinks. Unfortunately, I go there to get my car serviced- not to eat and drink. I scheduled an appointment for regular maintenance and was told it would take an hour and a half. However, because I was having a radio issue, I was informed that it would take longer because that issue required a “master technicians” eyes. Please do away with the fancy biscuit bar and just hire another master technician already! I will say that the young lady who checked me in and got my paperwork was very accommodating, most of the people are friendly- they just take so long to do anything that you pretty much have to block off your whole day when you need something done. More
