Not a great experience Visited dealership for an oil change and check engine light on. Waiting area was fabulous and impressive. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Disappoint Visited dealership for an oil change and check engine light on. Waiting area was fabulous and impressive. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Disappointedly however, the wait was 4 hours. Afterwards, I paid $250 and told the check engine light was a result of bad gas cap and to just stop by the next day to pick up the new one. The next day, arrived to pick up the gas cap as instructed and learned it was not part of the $250 I had previously paid. So ended up being closer to $300 total for an oil change and gas cap. More

I was given a list of items that will need attention soon and not pressured to have them completed immediately. It was very different from the high pressure service centers I’ve been to in the past that make you feel like your vehicle is going to fall apart if you don’t get everything fixed immediately. More

I bought my Honda at Reddell Honda new 2007 and it’s a joule and it only knows Honda Hans, I am grateful for the service I am grateful for the friendliness of the staff even enjoy the hot coffee while I waited and it was well worth the wait great service great staff.
