Except for the 2 hour wait, all went well. The maintenance work was done as described. The future work required was explained. The free snacks, drinks, and TV made the wait more acceptable. Service manager settles any problems and goes out of his way They always make you feel welcome and always check on the customer waiting on their cars if they need anything. The service people regularly give updates to the customers on their cars. They furnish free snacks and drinks while you wait. The atmosphere while you wait is very comfortable. You can either use their wifi with stations to use or watch TV. I have had my car serviced there for the past 13 years. You cannot beat their customer service. More
