Great experience! My wife's car died and wouldn't start, so we had it towed to the dealership. I called ahead and talked to Zac who was very friendly and accomidating. My wife's car died and wouldn't start, so we had it towed to the dealership. I called ahead and talked to Zac who was very friendly and accomidating. He was ready for when we got there. We left and asked Zac to call once they looked at the car. It turned out to just be a bad battery. It was replaced and we were able to pick the car up within a couple of hours. Going in for emergency service is never a great way to spend the day but Zac made the experience as pleasant as possible! More

Happy Camper ! I have purchased four vehicles at this dealership and the latest two of which 100% of the service was done at this dealership. Brake and Oil change service Upon our arrival, we were advised that our service adviser, Austin, would be with us shortly, as he was on a phone call. We were shown the customer service lounge area and offered complimentary refreshments. Soon Austin came in and introduced himself and proceeded to handle our service request. He returned in a short while and explained, in detail, what needed to be done to our brakes and waited for our okay to proceed. Austin continued to update us on the service. He was polite, professional and friendly. We highly recommend Austin to our friends. More

Service Department - 2014 CRV Battery replacement was quick and thorough! Zack made sure the work was done correctly.
