Amazing I was contacted by phone by Debra , concerning an open recall on my 2001 civic. I explained that the transmission was not working and the vehicle is I was contacted by phone by Debra , concerning an open recall on my 2001 civic. I explained that the transmission was not working and the vehicle is undriveable and that I would bring it in once repaired. Debra offered to tow my vehicle to the dealership and back free of charge so that this recall could be resolved. I work at a dealer , never heard of this before. Completely shocked and amazed by the " going out of your way " Debra ! Thank you so much !!!!! Amazing customer service !!!!!!!! More

Informative, timely, friendly, good service Taylor was my service agent and she explained the work that was needed and the cost. I took advantage of the snacks while I waited. She told me the work that would be needed at my next visit. My only problem was that my sun visor needed to be replaced and I was told the cost would be $152. That seemed extremely high to me so I will just have to keep the old one. More
