Excellent service by all staff. I took my 2017 Ridgeline in for its 6 month/6000 mile check up and to have a door handle paint chip touched up. The chip was there when purchased. The service department decided that the pearlescent paint touchup would not be satisfactory and replaced the entire door handle instead. Outstanding customer service! Constant honest, friendly service Matt could have had new tires put on my car and sold me brakes. Instead he was honest that I did not need them. She was constantly busy sweeping the drop off bay, emptying trash, asking people if they needed coffee, etc. She was very polite and friendly. Definitely a tremendous asset to the dealership. The cashier was also friendly, helpful, and attentive. Today I truly felt like a wanted customer. The quality of service is what makes me keep sharing how pleased I am that I purchased my first Honda in 2008. More
