I was on an 850 road trip and had a blow out on one of the new tires. Turns out the tire had a manufacturer's defect. Honda of Murfreesboro replaced the tire and got me and my 2 pups back on the road. All the customer service reps were fabulous, many dog lovers and made my pups feel welcomed and at ease (me too!) Brittany was the rep I dealt with mainly, and she was wonderful! More

Superior Service Manager and Team Members Week of July 4th and 700 miles from home, our Honda Odyssey started acting hinkey, doors wouldn't open, locks wouldn't unlock, etc. We took it to Hon Week of July 4th and 700 miles from home, our Honda Odyssey started acting hinkey, doors wouldn't open, locks wouldn't unlock, etc. We took it to Honda of Murfreesboro where they worked on it for two days, but since it was an intermittent problem, they couldn't find anything wrong, however, at their suggestion they disconnected our remote start and we were able to return to Illinois. They had inadvertently solved the problem because that was the problem. And to top it all off, because they hadn't made any repairs and since we were out of state, the charge was zero, unheard of at an Illinois dealership. We were so impressed by their honesty, integrity and perseverance that we have decided to return to Honda of Murfreesboro for our next Honda replacement, we are there once a year anyway.
