All was great ( EXCEPT) We came to the dealership and were interested in a Used Jeep Cherokee. We were greeted at the door by the receptionist and a very nice young man. Carlos was a great salesman and very thoughtful. The vehicle seems good so far. The worst part of the experience is still happening in my drive. It’s FILTHY inside! I know Carlos did what he could do and was telling us it was a busy Saturday. I can’t believe this vehicle has sat on the lot for almost 3 months and hasn’t passed through the detail department for an initial cleaning and detail. I brought it home and cleaned the very nasty steering wheel. The leather is completely a mess. $30 k for a vehicle that’s never been cleaned by the dealership selling it. I did call and give a 2 hour heads up before I came as well. Overall, between Carlos and Travis in finance, my wife and I had a good experience. It would’ve been great had my vehicle been cleaned and ready for the sale. More

It took 1 hr for my car oil change service with tire rotation, I waited in waiting room, where u can have snack items for free while u waiting for ur car, even in the wait room they will check if u need anything or not. I highly recommend this center for servicing or for anything. More
