Didn’t have the parts In stock for appointment. I was disappointed when I showed up for some updates for my Honda Clarity only to find out they didn’t have everything in stock. I made my appointment for service over a week in advance so I would assume they would check to see if all parts are in stock or order them before I arrive or let me know so I could possibly reschedule. I have to drive 70 miles round trip and now I have to drive again. Not very happy about this at all. More
