It was very different from the high pressure service centers I’ve been to in the past that make you feel like your vehicle is going to fall apart if you don’t get everything fixed immediately. More

Listened to what I wanted and not pushy. We have onlynowend Honda’s since being married and love them. We spent the most time with Kelly and Rodney. Both were excellent. Kelly seemed eager to help and even though it was busy when we went in made us feel like we were important. Rodney was willing to spend as much time with us getting us acclimated to our new vehicle and wasn’t trying to push us out once we signed all the papers. As nice as Hondas are what keeps us with them is the people that work with us through the sales process. We feel valued when we are at a Honda dealership. I hope we still get the same treatment when we are there for service reasons too. Overall, the employees we worked most with are equal in quality to the products they sell. More
