Excellent Five Stars My car battery died, and I called Josh at Murfreesboro Honda service. He said if I could get it started and come over he’d get me into service. I ow My car battery died, and I called Josh at Murfreesboro Honda service. He said if I could get it started and come over he’d get me into service. I own a Honda CRV 2015. In less than an hour I had a new battery, covered under warranty and was driving home. Everyone at the dealership was courteous,kind and helpful. Thx Honda Folks! More

I'll be the first to say that finding good, honest people in the automobile business is extremely rare. I almost never leave a dealership without feeling taken advantage of, but that is certainly not the case here. The people I have enountered at Honda of Murfreesboro are unbelievably honest and kind. I brought in my 2013 Civic (which I had just bought,used) because the airbag light came on occasionally and the undercarriage of the car was falling off. I expected to empty my pockets, assuming that the dealership would exaggerate the situation and try to get every penny out of me that they could. My service advisor, Grace, let me know exactly what was going on and not once did she make me feel pressured to spend more money than I had to. She even went out of her way to drive me back to my apartment when the shuttle was not operating. I didn't even complain, I was just going to get an Uber, but she insisted and said it was no problem. Talking to her felt more like I was talking to a good friend than anything. I was accomodated in every way possible, my bill was nearly half of what I expected to pay, and they even washed and vaccumed my car before I came to pick it up. I am beyond satisfied. After years of dealing with crummy car people, putting my trust in Honda of Murfreesboro just feels right. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More
