Recall service repair experience Sam did a great job of keeping me up to date during my service visit. He also explained the inspection report to me instead of just handing it to me Sam did a great job of keeping me up to date during my service visit. He also explained the inspection report to me instead of just handing it to me and telling me my car was good to go...like other places have done in the past. It was also nice that he escorted me to the different areas within the service center instead of just pointing them out to me and expecting me to navigate through them on my own. (I had a service repair completed, obtained a quote on an additional repair that I need, and I scheduled another appointment for an upcoming repair.). Personal attention = good customer service and Sam has this down. More
