Professional, friendly and patient The dealership was in the process of closing its facility in one location in Murfreesboro and re-opening a better, newer location a few blocks away I The dealership was in the process of closing its facility in one location in Murfreesboro and re-opening a better, newer location a few blocks away I was told. Naturally, it was a bit chaotic. But we were still treated with kind, patient attitudes, no pressure sales tactics and the receptionist in between calls, ensured that we were being taken care of. The only criticism I would have is that of the owner for having them move the dealership on Superbowl Sunday! ;) More

Battery & Alternator My battery light came on in my car. I calledfirst and the service writer said to bring my car in. I did and was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeabl My battery light came on in my car. I calledfirst and the service writer said to bring my car in. I did and was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable service writer. He took my info (love the iPad sign in) and escorted me to the waiting area. I was not kept waiting very long when I was advised of the new battery price. In just a few minutes he was back with the good news that I needed an alternator. The part was not in their inventory and had to be ordered. The service writer made arrangements for me to get home. The part came in the next morning (a Saturday). I was called when my car was ready and the service writer arranged forms to be picked up and delivered to the dealership. Where I was met by yet another friendly service writer who recognized me, asked if I was here to pick up my car and graciously escorted me to the cashier and called for my car. After I had paid my car was sitting ready for me to Go. No wait, no fuss, no muss. And it was moving to the new facility day! Excellent all the way around, from start to finish. Shout out to Joe and Matt (service writers) and Chuck in parts department. Thank you, all, for making it such a pleasure to work with Honda of Murfreesboro. More
