One person can make the whole difference. Look, I hate car dealerships. A lot. Most are pushy and just don't listen to to you at all. That in of itself is a common trope. We had gone to three other lots with similar issues, rude service, ignoring us, awful service. On a hail Mary for a quick look, we came to Honda of Murfreesboro. On an extremely cold and wet day we met Sylvia who from the first word was so genuine and sweet it was almost unreal. I say this with no exaggeration, 90% of the reason we bought our car was her excellent service. She never once made us feel pressured or worried about our purchase and any questions we had were answered expertly. It was amazing. Then we worked with Mark from finance and he was just as personable and awesome. I can't even understand how all of these people came together to be as great as they were. Only wish Mr Lewis had been a little kinder on the trade in. ;) Totally kidding. Go here, get the service you deserve. Sylvia can make it happen. Thank you all for your help. I can't say that enough.
