Worked with Honda of Murfreesboro and it was a great experience. I actually flew in, and whenever you fly you are very weary because its harder to walk away from a deal if the dealer tries to pull anyth experience. Stan Quevedo took great care of me, the finance office was not pushy about any extras, and I got exactly what we agreed upon over email and phone conversation. Don’t have enough good things to say about Stan “The Man” Quevedo over at Honda of Murfreesboro. He really helped us knock a homerun with our 2015 Wrangler. Super friendly and super helpful. Was disappointing experience overall Right before purchasing the car we opened the hood and noticed the oil cap had been left off which let oil residue blow out over part of the engine. There were also stains on the headliner which were supposed to have been removed by detailing the previous weekend. Once we were running the numbers with the sales person he told me that he was removing the "detailing fee" from the price of the car but in reality, nothing actually changed. I paid the same price that was advertised on line. My opinion is he "removed" something that was never actually there in order to make it seem like he was offering us some type of concession. More
WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!! I went here to look for a safe and reliable car! I had my vehicle for less than TWO HOURS and I had to take it back due to a check engine light on and I went here to look for a safe and reliable car! I had my vehicle for less than TWO HOURS and I had to take it back due to a check engine light on and shaking in the front end. I wanted a different car for the same price or my money back! They did alright at first, they gave me a temp car to drive while mine was being "fixed". It took almost TWO months to get my car back!! The communication is HORRIBLE and a ton of employees were rude. I finally had enough and reached out to the manager of the whole dealership to get this fixed! Heath Elliot did great! If anyone has a major problem go to him and he will do right by you. I hate to write this post because he tried to make it right, but the quality of work that the employees and shop did was and still is unforgivable. Heath payed my first car payment and made sure my car was ready within the next couple of days after we spoke. However, I should not have had to go through what I did. to this day I am STILL having issues occur! Honda of Murfreebsoro did an abominable job on "fixing" the car! I get it is not a Honda, but they "replaced" the parts and fixed any that were worn out and would not last long! Yeah, the replaced the parts, but not with quality ones like they claim! I will NEVER shop at Honda AGAIN! I will NEVER purchase a vehicle from Honda or Chevy AGAIN!! The absolute WORST car buying experience of my life!! More

I told them the new car was going to be a 20 year anniversary version of my old civic and would be a special car. I drove my new 2020 Civic EX Coupe home today and love it. Lance and Heath worked with me and negotiated pricing through text messages- even during my work day breaks, so that we could keep the process moving forward. I really appreciated them answering all of my questions and working with me on accessories that I had requested they add to the car. I am not joking about the 500K mile car. They now have it on display in their building. Stop by and see it! More

For example, It took a month with no follow up from them (only me) for an ESTIMATE! Then, I only got a price, and when I asked for the estimate, I had to wait another week and a half. I've been trying to get an idea of how much I've spent on my car this year, and I've made three phone calls, left two voicemails, with NO reply, asking for someone to send me a breakdown about how much the provide for what cost in their oil change (since it includes other car costs like a car wash and tire rotation). Literally, I just want to get one little email. I'm so over working with them! I've also emailed back to them requesting feedback with my concerns and surprise...no response! This Honda dealership has disgraceful service! It stinks too, because I try to give the benefit of the doubt, but it's now been about 5 months of me chasing and chasing for every single need. More
