My most recent service visit made me question the competence of this dealership. I went for a simple oil change, also had alignment done at the advice of the dealership. Came back with a smoking vehi competence of this dealership. I went for a simple oil change, also had alignment done at the advice of the dealership. Came back with a smoking vehicle that I ended up having to sell for next to nothing. Honda may not have caused this original issue, but many issues that followed didn't exist prior to this visit. Won't be back. More
We love the Honda CRV we purchased, however, the sales team & sales manager have 0 integrity & credibility. We negotiated an “ out the door “ which includes tax, title, tags, & fees, then proceeded to t team & sales manager have 0 integrity & credibility. We negotiated an “ out the door “ which includes tax, title, tags, & fees, then proceeded to the finance dept to negotiate the terms and sign the paperwork. A few days later my wife was looking over the paperwork & said the figures didn’t add up. They had tagged on a $1695 HOM package, & a $799 Documents / Processing fee. When I went back to the dealership and spoke with them about it, they could not find the buyers agreement with the figures we had negotiated ( how convenient ) . They refused to do anything about it. Now, I fully understand why car salesmen, sales managers, & dealers have such horrible reputations as liars, and cheats. It was well deserved. More
New car had defective wipers blades. Service department replaced blade on drivers side. Replacement for passenger side was out of stock. They will take advantage of you if they believe you aren’t well versed with cars. He was very dedicated and caring..He listened very carefully to our needs and offered suggestions which were very valuable in making our c work with.
