Quick, excellent service & friendly staff A little over a week ago, I called Courtney Honda's service center regarding a flat tire replacement. A few hours after, I was able to come in and get A little over a week ago, I called Courtney Honda's service center regarding a flat tire replacement. A few hours after, I was able to come in and get my tire checked. Since it was determined I needed a new tire, they advised that I keep my wheel in the shop so the tire could be mounted as soon as the order arrived the following day. The staff is very friendly at Courtney Honda and is very helpful with any questions I had. This service experience was for my 2nd lease at Courtney Honda, and if my next car is a Honda, I'm definitely going back here again. More

Oil change/battery I had a new battery installed. When I left, I had to return as my radio wasn't working. I also had to return again because the oil gauge wasn't set ba I had a new battery installed. When I left, I had to return as my radio wasn't working. I also had to return again because the oil gauge wasn't set back to 100. I left my name and phone number for the service manager to call me as to what he can do to keep me as a customer., I questioned the service writer if I can get some money credited but he said I would have to check with the manager. My friends bought and service their Accords there and never had a problem. More

The Best Dealership I have purchased three vehicles from Courtney and would never buy a Honda anywhere else. Their prices are always the best and the service even better. Courtney Honda service has always been great and accommodating but I will continue to take my car to Schaller. Top notch service also. More

My salesperson, Stephen Courtney was courteous and knowledgeable, even though I knew exactly what I wanted. I went in for preventive maintenance several months later and Stephen greeted me by first name. Hondas are great cars, my first Honda Civic lasted 15 years and 200,000 miles. I bought the new one to last the same time period. I bring my car back to Courtney Honda for regular service. In addition to the quality of the car and the dealership, the service department sold me on getting another one. The know me and my car, and they are always courteous. I have never been surprised by an unexpected expense. Hondas are great cars and Courtney is a fantastic dealership. I highly recommend both to anyone. More
Issue after Recall My car was brought in for an issue involving a recall. The electronic power steering needed to be checked. While i did appreciate the prompt turn around time for the service, the entire issue was not resolved. I was advised after i picked up my car that "it went so quick because we just needed to fix the computer code for the torque sensor." The power steering mechanism itself was not checked or repaired. The letter i received from Honda stated that would be checked also as a result of this recall. I now less than a month later have squeaking\grinding noises as a result because it was not addressed on my initial visit. More
