They have always been honest and have worked on my whole family's vehicles. We own five Honda's, 1 CRV, 2 Fits, and 2 Civics. The whole experience from the initial sale to service has been wonderful. The service department has always "given a heads up" as to when any additional repair will be needed ie. new tires, brakes etc so that I can plan for these future costs. They are always spot on!!! Good deal, service, price I was looking for one of 2 models of Honda's fall 2015. Neither were yet available. The next day they phoned me and presented me with 2 very well pric I was looking for one of 2 models of Honda's fall 2015. Neither were yet available. The next day they phoned me and presented me with 2 very well priced, new but leftover, Accords. I bought one and was given accessories for free, (in addition to the all ready sweet price) I felt no need to haggle. Also the service; I get synthetic oil changes for less than $40. They offer, for free, extended (if Im not mistaken) life long drive train warrantee. Honestly, while I have no complaints about the dealer, I do have a couple of issues with the car. I think I'm thoughtful enough to know that they are design issues, and have nothing at all to do with the above average service and attention I did and do get from Courtney Honda. There is no question that i would go to this dealer again If I or a family member needed a car. More
