Love our CRV and our experience at Honda of Milford! We called ahead to find out about options and indicated that we would make an appointment the following week. I was pleased that no one tried calling back prior to our call the following week. Our salesman was, Zach, a very nice young man who took a genuine interest in what we were looking for in a car. The experience was pleasant as well as informative about the many features of the CRV. When it came time to decide, Manny presented a paper with some options of down payment and lease payments. I appreciated this as it made the decision easier than with just words. A few days later I took the car back and Zach took the time to explain features again and answer my questions. We feel very safe with all the safety features of the CRV. Highly recommend both the CRV and Honda of Milford. Everyone in the dealership was helpful! More

Service Department request I called on a Saturday and they were able to fit me in on Monday morning even offering for me to drop my car off on Sunday. Any dealership can service your car, but not every dealership has people who treat you like a real person. I now drive 1/2 hour out of my town to have my car serviced due to the lack of humanity at the the neighborhood dealership— totally worth it. Cindy T. More
We purchased our first vehicle with Honda of Milford and our second vehicle with Manny Costas and as usual had an excellent experience with Manny. It is a true pleasure working with Manny who is experienced our second vehicle with Manny Costas and as usual had an excellent experience with Manny. It is a true pleasure working with Manny who is experienced and knowledgeable but also very personable, funny and an absolute joy to work with. This is probably my 8th car purchase/transaction with various dealers /car salespeople in my life and by FAR Manny is the most enjoyable and straightforward. He actually cares about you and your family, keeps up with you and knows your situation and skips the BS and gets right to the point of the purchase. Another salesman named Zach Bailey was also phenomenal to work with, a great person, and a huge help to us during our entire visit. We had to car shop with our two kids and Zach helped entertain our children the entire time and when our new Honda Odyssey was ready to pick up Zach took a lot of time to show us everything about how to work/operate the car in great detail. This was a HUGE help which included setting up our phones and working through the vehicles various settings in a patient and thorough way. When we bought our car we worked with Mark in the finance section and he was also very straightforward and offered us things (extra plans etc) but didn’t try to push us and was extremely personable and a great guy. I cannot say the same for other dealerships I’ve worked with and I mean that. Overall we are perfectly satisfied with our first experience with Honda of Milford and will absolutely recommend these sales associates and dealership to others. As time goes on with our new vehicle, we will see how the service department holds up to our expectations and evaluate further. More
