Took truck in for factory recall. Dropped truck off at 8:15. I called service department after 4 pm. Truck was not ready. At 5:15pm, I had my ride drop me off. Upon entering cab, I saw a cracked windshield. Went in to tell service manager about damage. He didn’t even look up at me when I talked to him. He took my name and number and didn’t look at truck either. Then he told me that he would review surveillance tape that night and call me in the morning. I called him at 11:00 the following morning. He then told me a third party does the surveillance tape review and I knew I was screwed. Very sad that Honda’s good name is being tarnished by their service department in Milford CT. More

My experience buying a Pre-Owned Vehicle from Honda of Milford was excellent. The salesman, Enrique, was upfront and honest about the quality of their Pre-Owned inventory. Honda of Milford was accommodating to deliver the vehicle to an independent mechanic of my choice. Of course the vehicle got a seal of approval from my mechanic giving me the confidence that I was purchasing a vehicle in great condition. The Finance Manager, Rick, did a wonderful job explaining all of the necessary paperwork that I was required to sign. I was transferring my license plates from a previous car to the car I was purchasing from Honda of Milford. Enrique proactively asked for my license plates and put them on my new vehicle. Todd greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and showed me the cars he had. I was looking to trade in my pilot lease for a ridgeline.
