The experience was excellent. I got the appointment day needed as the vehicle is in daily use. This was this car's 1st service. Upon picking up the vehicle the service rep advised us that there was a recall on the steering wheel air bag. We are now scheduling for that service to be performed. He initially finds out what kind of service is needed and explains each component so I understand the reasoning for the service - explains what has been done and why - explains the Honda Multi Point Inspection Checklist in its entirety. Has a fantastic personality combined with his technical knowledge. Courtney Honda in my books is the only dealership to purchase a vehicle. I always speak highly to other people about them. More
Last week I had a check engine light come on while driving home from work. I used my navigation to find the closest Honda dealer because I am still under dealer warranty. Unfortunately I arrived at t driving home from work. I used my navigation to find the closest Honda dealer because I am still under dealer warranty. Unfortunately I arrived at the dealership at 5:15 p.m. and the service technicians had gone home. An employee was still there and I told him I was afraid to drive with the warning light on and asked if I should leave it there until the next day when they open? He said he would check the car's computer and let me know if it was something that could be driven until they open. He went and got a portable device and checked it and told me it was an oxygen sensor code and I could drive it home and return at a more convenient time the next day. I was thrilled I didn't have to arrange for a ride home and could safely leave. He didn't have a name tag so I asked his name. He said it was Craig or possibly Greg(?) and he was the service manager. I told him I was surprised a manager knew something kind of technical and learned he was a technician there for over 20 years until his back gave out. I dropped the car back off the next day and it was fixed that same day. I was really impressed that they didnt close the door in my face at quitting time and really cared about my emergency situation..which turned out to be not such an emergency! Thanks guys! More

I decided to give Courtney another chance after I heard the Service Dept. was under new management. Craig Jennings went out of his way to troubleshoot and track down the problem I was having. I am very happy with the speedy and courteous service I received. I will be happy to bring my car back for service again. Thank you for all your help Craig! More
I was going to Courtney Honda for ten years. My check engine light came on in my civic after three visits they could not fix the problem though each visit cost me 200. Plus dollars. So their motto we fix it right the first time is bull. I was shopping for my next Honda a pilot touring was what I wanted. I brought my car in for the fourth time this time the service guys were making it sound like it was my fault they couldn't fix the problem. They said because I was waiting the were rushing to get me out of there. To which I responded don't rush I will have a family member pick me up or give me a loaner while you fix my car. Their response.....we don't give loaners for that. They once again could not fix my car. I left and never looked back. Just an FYI. To the manager of Courtney Honda .... I did buy a Honda Pilot Touring but not at your place. You lost the sale and you lost a 10 year customer becaue of the way your service team treated me. You might want to rethink how you treat your customers. Unless you have so many you can afford to treat a customer of 10 years so badly. More
I recently bought a CRV from Courtney Honda I found the people there to be very friendly and helpful. They gave me a great price on my trade in and my new car. I financed my car and dealing with Rob Mart people there to be very friendly and helpful. They gave me a great price on my trade in and my new car. I financed my car and dealing with Rob Martin in the finance department was a pleasure. Rob was informative and every step of the process was explained thoroughly. My salesperson Ralph Zukowski was pleasant and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to make me feel at ease and was patient with all of my questions and concerns. When I was picking up my new car, Ralph took the time to explain the many features and functions and made sure I felt comfortable with my new car before I left the dealership. Ralph continued to follow up with my purchase after I had a few days to drive it. My overall experience was enjoyable. I would definitely recommend buying a car from Ralph and the staff at Courtney Honda. More
Our car buying experience at Courtney Honda was absolutely smooth and professional. We did find similar certified models at some other places up to $1,000 less price. However, the overall experience in those shops was far from convincing. At Courtney, we had the feeling that the dealership has taken effort when putting the 'certified' tag on the car. Ralph was very helpful, up front and deployed no gimmics. No haggling policy was advised to us soon enough. I will certainly recommend this dealership to anyone who has had scary experience of over-commitment, under-delivery and sales push. More
