I never received a call to let me know work was done. I had to call H.O.M. to find out. The service person couldn't find my keys when I showed up. I expected to have a complimentary car wash like I've al had to call H.O.M. to find out. The service person couldn't find my keys when I showed up. I bought my car there 4 years ago, and this is the first/last time I'd have service done there (unless factory recall, such as this time). That being said, the facility was very nice and clean. More
