I have always received excellent service department at Honda of Mentor. I own a 2008 Honda Accord, I'm in the process of buying a 1994 Honda Del Sol. I asked Jernnifer of the service department if ther Honda of Mentor. I own a 2008 Honda Accord, I'm in the process of buying a 1994 Honda Del Sol. I asked Jernnifer of the service department if there was any way that they would look at the car for me to see if the car needed anything. I found out that Honda offers a 'used car inspection' for less than $100. Mark Hawthorne actually handled the scheduling of the inspection - he always takes excellent care of me and my vehicles. Now I have peace of mind i knowing that someone with Honda knowledge checked the car over and I know I can expect the same good service on that car that my Accord receives. This is my 5th Honda and one of the reasons that I stick with Honda - besides the fact that they make a great car, is the service department in Mentor. More
The sales staff was very informative about the car. I was not sure that I wanted to purchase the CRV but Kim and Joanie convinced me that it was the best car for me. josh was wonderful no pressure salesman, he was young and relatable to me and my husband. He had me laughing the whole time which makes the experience a lot less stressful. When we first entered the dealership Steve,the salesperson, we explained our situation and he was willing to help us. He proceeded to take our information, processed it. We are looking to down siz salesperson, we explained our situation and he was willing to help us. He proceeded to take our information, processed it. We are looking to down size in car and car payment. Well we offered to buy our car from us, what are we to walk home. He acted as if he was not willing to process our information to any other finance company, other then Honda Motor Finance. Well here we are two days later waiting for some sort of phone call to let us know what is going on, nothing. No Manager, Assistant Manager or any other person was willing to talk with us or even help. So all in all, I would not recommend this dealership to any person. More
Although new to Honda, Terry was very helpful and patient with me and my family. Once he becomes more acquinted with the company, I am sure that he will master the skills needed to be a great car salesmen at with me and my family. We visited the Mentor dealership intending to pick up our new vehicle (2011 CRV). Bill Hickman was our salesperson and he made sure we understood our purchase conditions as well as our vehicle manuals and m new vehicle (2011 CRV). We were introduced to several members of the Mentor team and were made to feel valued as a customer and as a person by each of them.
