After finding the dealers in Grand Rapids, Michigan not willing to work with me on a good price for a used Honda Odyssey in the area, I found Honda of Mentor using autotrader.com. I found a used Honda much cheaper than in Michigan and called Chip. He was very helpful on the phone and email with all my questions and so I traveled to Mentor to pick up the van. The process at the dealership was the best experience I ever had with very friendly staff and no pressure at all. The van was in great condition, just as Chip promised. I was in and out of the dealership with my new/used van in less than 30 minutes. I would recommend Honda of Mentor, even for those from out of state. More

I was very disappointed with my recent visit. I brought my car in for a recall and also to have my brakes looked at. I was quoted $650 dollars to have my rear brakes replaced and front brake maintenance. my car in for a recall and also to have my brakes looked at. When I told them I wanted to look around for other prices they seemed frustrated and tried to tell me they are ASE certified. Got an amazing deal without the high pressure sales crap. no cheesy lines or pushy salesman. We started at Jay Honda in Bedford and the salesmen were unpleasant to work with and even though I told them I was no cheesy lines or pushy salesman. We started at Jay Honda in Bedford and the salesmen were unpleasant to work with and even though I told them I was tired and needed to think about the deal they continued to put pressure on me to do the deal on the spot and we had a hard time getiing out of the dealership. They used lines like. " well I'm not supposed to show you these numbers but..." and then even told us that they couldnt go any lower on the price because they had to " pay to keep the lights on ". As a business owner I found this patronizing and insulting. We didnt have any of that in Mentor. We were given a much better price and the salesman were professional, polite and pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend this dealership. There is obviously a good reason why they move 300 to 400 cars a month. More

Terry was totally great. My major dissappointment is with the vehicle itself. Very dissappointed with my new Pilot Touring. Features are outdated and useless. Wich I could give it back and get a toyo with the vehicle itself. Very dissappointed with my new Pilot Touring. Features are outdated and useless. We wanted to come in and look at the Honda hybrids. We owned a Prius and were thinking of replacing it. We saw the CRV on the showroom floor and fell in love with it. My husband needs a wheelchair on occasions and we were able to fit it into the back of the vehicle without loosing the back seats. This was what made us decide to go with the CRV. Dave was willing to take a second vehicle in trade and we were able to keep the payment down to what we had been paying. Since our purchase we have taken some long rides in it and would very definitely recommend the CRV to our friends and family. More
